With a combination of flavors that reflect the best of contemporary cuisine, The Lounge is an enchanting culinary meeting point between Jerusalem, Rome and Paris.
The Inbal invites you to catch a few moments of pure pleasure at The Lounge, and enjoy a wide array of tastes. The Lounge is open daily, 10:00am to 10:30pm. Parking is free (pending availability of space).

Israeli Breakfast
Start your day perfectly with an exquisite hotel breakfast enjoyed in our elegantly designed dining room, or while soaking up the Jerusalem sun in the hotel’s courtyard. Breakfast at the Restaurant is a full and varied buffet.
The breakfast menu includes Israeli cheeses and yogurts, an abundance of seasonal fruits, savory salads, fresh vegetables, several types of fish, eggs cooked à la minute, a choice of muffins, and delicious breads baked on-site.

Shabbat Meals
Renowned as an experience that is uniquely Jerusalem, Shabbat meals at The Inbal are rich, festive dinners with a special ambience. The hotel’s Shabbat meals include classic dishes from the traditional Jewish kitchen – a diverse array of foods that are customary in communities around the globe.
The Shabbat menu offers braised beef, goulash, roast chicken, Moroccan fish, a traditional cholent stew – and a variety of local dishes, international foods, and delectable desserts. The Inbal’s Shabbat meals are served on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
Local street food in the Courtyard
Indulge in a fine cuisine with a Jerusalem flavor.
Enjoy a variety of characteristic local street food dishes, based on local ingredients from the Mahane Yehuda market, with the special taste of our taboon in the courtyard.
The event takes place Sunday to Thursday all summer long.

The Soups at The Inbal
Winter in Jerusalem may be cold or rainy, but it is always warm and toasty at The Inbal!
Join us at our tasty tradition, with its tempting variety of rich, creamy soups served in a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The Soups at The Inbal(The Soup Festival), is an all-you-can-eat buffet. Delicious fresh breads, soup nuts, croutons, spices, cheeses, and other toppings are served together with the soups.
Takes place during the winter months.
It’s open Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Pool Bar
Whether you crave a delicious snack or something more substantive, the menu options at the Pool Bar include a wide range of healthy foods for a poolside pick-me-up and sweets to satisfy your sugary cravings.
Menu items include fresh salads, pizza and fukatcha, home fries ice cream, ice coffee, watermelon, soft drinks, hot drinks, cocktails, beer and wine.

If you prefer eating breakfast in pajamas – or if you’re too tired to go out for dinner at the end of a long day – The Inbal’s room service offers a wide range of enticing meals and scrumptious snacks brought directly to your room, at any time of day – from substantial entrées such as grilled entrecote steak to simpler options like pizza and fries.
