The Soup Festival
Winter in Jerusalem may be cold and rainy, but it’s always warm and welcoming at The Inbal!
Join us for The Inbal’s beloved Soup Festival – a long-standing winter tradition featuring a tempting array of rich, creamy soups celebrating the season’s finest flavors. This all-you-can-eat soup buffet is complemented by an array of freshly baked breads, dips, croutons, cheeses, herbs, and a variety of flavorful toppings.

The Soup Festival takes place throughout the winter months, Sunday to Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reserve in advance via the hotel’s website.
Bar 22
Behind a beautifully crafted wooden door awaits Bar 22 – The Inbal’s distinctive new bar, quietly tucked away in the heart of Jerusalem. Intimate yet vibrant, Bar 22 blends taste, style, and atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for an early evening drink, a lively Happy Hour, or a relaxed night out with good music and quality spirits.
Created by our team of mixologists, Bar 22 offers original cocktails alongside timeless classics, an extensive selection of whisky and gin, and a curated list of quality wines and beers. The food is an essential part of the experience: Chef Kfir Hadad’s menu combines familiar Jerusalem flavors with a modern, unexpected twist and the finest ingredients.
With its elegant design, soft lighting, and inviting ambiance, Bar 22 has quickly become one of Jerusalem’s most sought-after bars and an ideal meeting point for those who appreciate excellent food, great drinks, and vibrant nightlife.
Bar 22 also hosts business or private events for up to 50 guests and offers hands-on cocktail workshops for groups of up to 20 – a light, fun, and delicious experience led by our expert mixologists.
Open Monday–Thursday from 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday nights beginning about an hour after Shabbat ends. The kitchen is open until 11:00 p.m.
The Lounge
For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, The Lounge offers an inviting atmosphere and all-day dining. Enjoy breakfast favorites served throughout the day, or explore the extensive menu of soups, handmade pastas and pizzas, fresh fish, signature salads. Conclude your meal with one of our indulgent desserts, or simply unwind with great coffee and a freshly baked pastry.

Savor fine cuisine infused with the authentic flavors of Jerusalem. Enjoy a variety of signature local street-food dishes, crafted from the freshest ingredients from the Mahane Yehuda Market and enhanced by the unique aroma of our courtyard taboon oven.
The open buffet features a generous selection of spreads and dips, fresh salads and meze, warm breads and pastries from the taboon, and traditional local desserts.
This special culinary experience is available throughout the summer, Sunday through Thursday,

Begin your day with The Inbal’s renowned breakfast, served either in our elegantly designed dining room or, during the summer months, in the beautiful courtyard, where you can soak up the Jerusalem sunshine.
Our rich and varied buffet showcases the finest local flavors – artisan cheeses and yogurts, seasonal fruits, fresh salads and vegetables, a selection of fish, and eggs cooked to order. The experience is completed with freshly squeezed juices and an irresistible array of warm, freshly baked breads, pastries, and muffins, all prepared daily in our taboon.

Shabbat Meals
Renowned as an experience that is uniquely Jerusalem, Shabbat meals at The Inbal are rich, festive, and filled with a special sense of warmth and tradition.
Our Shabbat menu features beloved traditional dishes from Jewish communities around the world – including braised beef, goulash, roast chicken, Moroccan fish, and the traditional cholent (stew) – complemented by a delightful selection of local specialties, international favorites, and irresistible desserts.
Shabbat meals at The Inbal are served on Friday evening and again at Saturday afternoon lunch.
