Savor fine cuisine infused with the authentic flavors of Jerusalem. Enjoy a variety of signature local street-food dishes, crafted from the freshest ingredients from the Mahane Yehuda Market and enhanced by the unique aroma of our courtyard taboon oven.
The open buffet features a generous selection of spreads and dips, fresh salads and meze, warm breads and pastries from the taboon, and traditional local desserts.
This special culinary experience is available throughout the summer, Tuesday through Thursday,

Renowned as an experience that is uniquely Jerusalem, Shabbat meals at The Inbal are rich, festive, and filled with a special sense of warmth and tradition.
Our Shabbat menu features beloved traditional dishes from Jewish communities around the world – including braised beef, goulash, roast chicken, Moroccan fish, and the traditional cholent (stew) – complemented by a delightful selection of local specialties, international favorites, and irresistible desserts.
Shabbat meals at The Inbal are served on Friday evening and again at Saturday afternoon lunch.
