Any request to modify the stay dates, room type, or any other reservation details shall be subject to the Hotel’s discretion and to room availability, as well as the Hotel’s applicable rates in effect at the time the modification request is made.
- Reservation Cancellation Pursuant to Law
A reservation for accommodation services may be cancelled, and the customer shall be entitled to a refund, within fourteen (14) days from the date the transaction was completed or from the date on which the transaction details document was received, whichever is later, provided that more than seven (7) days, excluding days of rest as defined under Israeli law, remain prior to the scheduled check-in date.
In the event of such cancellation, the customer shall be charged a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of NIS 100 or five percent (5%) of the total reservation amount.
A cancellation that does not meet the conditions set forth above shall not entitle the customer to a refund, subject to applicable law.
- No-Show and Early Departure
In the event of a no-show without a cancellation notice having been given in accordance with this Policy, the customer shall be charged in accordance with the specific reservation terms selected at the time of booking, including, where applicable, the full reservation amount, subject to applicable law.
In the event the customer shortens the stay or departs prior to the scheduled departure date after check-in, the customer shall be charged in accordance with the reservation terms selected at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by a Person with a Disability, Senior Citizen, or New Immigrant
Pursuant to Section 14C1 of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, a customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as such terms are defined by law, may cancel a distance selling transaction within four (4) months from the date the transaction was completed or from the date on which the transaction details document was received, whichever is later, provided that the transaction was entered into following a conversation between the Hotel and the customer, including a conversation conducted by means of electronic communication, and provided further that the cancellation is not made within seven (7) days, excluding days of rest as defined under Israeli law, prior to the scheduled check-in date.
The Hotel may require presentation of a certificate establishing eligibility for such cancellation rights, as required by applicable law.
- Cancellation Notice and Refund
The Hotel shall provide the customer with written confirmation of receipt of the cancellation notice. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the customer submitted the cancellation notice.
Any refund due to the customer shall be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date the Hotel receives the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and in accordance with applicable law.
