Check-in and check-out times :
The check-in time at the hotel is from 3pm and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The check in time on Saturday is two hours after the end of Shabbat.
Requests to change check-in and check-out times including
Saturday evening can be done directly with the front desk please dial “0”.
Personal Concierge Service
The concierge desk is located next to the Reception Desk, on
the lobby level. The hotel’s reception staff and Concierge will be
happy to assist you with any questions or inquiries
you may have and recommend attractions and places of entertainment to maximize your Jerusalem experience.

Parking at the hotel is free and subject to availability. For your convenience, there are several additional parking spaces in the vicinity of the hotel.

Breakfast – Served daily in the Carmel restaurant on the lobby floor between the hours
6:30am-10:30am (Saturday 7am-11am). Hotel guests can invite their private guests to breakfast by prior arrangement for a fixed fee.
The 02 – A meat chef restaurant & bar, located on the lobby level. Open Sunday-Thursday 6pm-10:30pm. To reserve a table or a sit at the bar, dial internal extension 6649|Phone 02-6756649 or Reserve a table online
The Lounge – Varied and rich dairy menu, opened the entire week from 10:00AM until 11:00PM.
The Business Lounge – located at the hotel’s 9th floor and available for the hotel’s guests (18 and above) that are staying in the premium rooms and the suites. The entry is enabled via transferring the magnetic room key card in the card reader that is placed to the right of the front door.The business lounge is open every day from 7:30am-10:30pm and is closed for refreshing between 11am to 12noon.
The Pool Bar – Open during the summer season with a selection of light meals , snacks, soft and hot drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Shabbat And Holidays In The Hotel
Shabbat candle Lighting—Shabbat candles are lit on Friday evening, Erev Shabbat, in the lobby to the left of the reception desk—near the elevators, on the table designated for Shabbat candles. Lighting candles in the hotel rooms is absolutely forbidden!
A Shabbat room key is available at the reception desk.
