Give yourself a serious work-out in our state-of-the-art fitness center, which sports only the most cutting-edge technology and equipment in a spaciously designed environment. You can push your body to the limit on the best exercise equipment developed by Technogym, an Italian leader in the wellness and fitness fields that provides the most popular cardiovascular and strength-training equipment in the world. Technogym has been the official supplier for athletic training equipment at numerous Olympic Games.

Our fitness center offers a diverse range of facilities to accommodate all of your fitness needs, including multiple treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals and free weights that are always available for your use. Equipment comes with personal, built-in TV screens, available while you run, cycle and strengthen your muscles. You might want to finish the day with a wet or dry sauna.

If you’re interested in taking your work-out to the next level, our professional and friendly personal trainers are available and can help you maximize your time at the gym to your body’s optimal benefit. Personal training costs 150 NIS for a 50 minute session. Exercise classes such as Pilates, water gym, aerobics and body sculpting are also available. The timetable for exercise classes is available at the spa reception desk. All classes and lessons are provided by professional, trained staff.
