Our online rates are the same or better than rates found on competing sites. If you do find a lower rate, simply submit a Price Match Guarantee claim − and we will be happy to honor the lower rate!

Claims must be submitted prior to making a reservation, or within 24 hours after making a reservation. In addition, claims must be submitted at least 24 hours before your check-in time at the hotel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Our online claim form must be completed in full within 24 hours of making your reservation.
  • The claim must include the lower rate and an exact link where the rate can be confirmed.
  • Once the information on your claim form has been verified, the rate of your Inbal Jerusalem Hotel reservation will be adjusted to reflect the change.
  • The matched rate will reflect the price before taxes and fees.
  • The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim.
  • The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel has the discretion to determine if a competing rate is genuinely available.
  • The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel reserves the right to modify the terms of the Price Match Guarantee at any time.
The following rates do not qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:
  • Pre-paid, non-cancellable or non-refundable rates
  • Rates that are packaged with air travel, car rental, entertainment, etc.
  • Rates quoted in a currency different to that of the hotel's official website
