A classic pampering massage where we use long fluid strokes to improve circulation and completely relax your muscles.
Deep Tissue
A slower, more focused massage that uses deeper strokes to work on tense, over exerted muscles. We especially recommend this following a workout.
Hot Stone
A unique treatment that combines aromatherapy oils with heated basalt stones to deeply penetrate and relax muscle tissue. We highly recommend this treatment in winter.
Four Hands
A classic Swedish massage with double the impact. Feel like royalty while two massage therapists work simultaneously on all areas of your body, creating a sensation that is out of this world.
Inbal Special
90 minutes of pure bliss combining a 60 minute classic massage and 30 minutes of focused foot massage.
Thai Yoga Therapy
This 90 minute ancient massage is performed on a mattress while you wear comfortable clothes. Deeply relaxing and especially meditative, it involves stretching and deep massage with focus on breathing.
Shiatsu
Japanese for “finger” and “pressure” this hands-on massage is performed fully clothed on a mattress. Deep compression and stretching of the muscles relieves tension and promotes relaxation.
Reflexology
This ancient therapy, massages specific reflex areas on your feet to stimulate energy and to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
